Concrete placement hose
(4 steel plies, 100 BAR W.P.)

Application: Steel wire cord hose designed for piling operations. Also suitable for concrete placement at the discharge location and as a mobile pump boom end hose. Special structure for longer lifespan with excellent anti-abrasive properties. Usually supplied with swaged on “Full flow” hardened coupling fittings.

Temperature: From -40°C (-40°F) to +70°C (+158°F).

Construction: Tube: black, smooth, NR/SBR rubber, that withstands the abrasive action of the concrete

Reinforcement: Plies of steel wire cord.

Cover: Black, smooth (wrapped finish), extra thick NR/SBR rubber, abrasion and weathering resistant.

Branding: Azure/white continuous transfer tape “DELTA HD-X 100 BAR W.P. (1500 PSI) S.F. 2:1...“.

Variants available upon request: 1. Red Safety Sleeve: layflat rubber hose to be swaged-on over the “Delta HD-X 100“ as containment covering.
